Adversatile Artists is the creative and commercial practice of Jordan Williams — founder, designer, and researcher working at the intersection of neurodivergent experience, creative entrepreneurship, and systems design.

The name is intentional: adversatile, from adversity and versatile. The practice is built on the proposition that constraint is generative — that the cognitive profiles most often framed as deficits are, in the right environment, the source of original thought.

A gamified operating system for independent creatives — built specifically around the cognitive profiles of neurodivergent founders.

The bottleneck is never the thinking. It is capture, sequencing, and time pressure. Ourobor.OS is designed against that specific profile: a structured, playful environment where running a creative practice becomes legible without becoming rigid.

The MVP is live — email verification, consent-first architecture, and the Momentum module.

This practice is also a practice-based PhD in progress at London College of Fashion, UAL. The research question: how do neurodivergent creative entrepreneurs design systems for their own work, and what does that reveal about work design more broadly?

The methodology is autoethnographic — the building of Adversatile Artists is itself the research, documented as structured reflective journals mapping lived experience to emerging theory.

Adversatile Productions is the interdisciplinary commercial arm — live events, creative collaborations, and cultural productions that generate revenue and demonstrate the Ourobor.OS thesis in practice.

Productions exist at the intersection of community, commerce, and culture. Every event is also a dataset. Every collaboration is also a research site.
